The primary activity of the Airlines Medical Directors Association is our yearly meeting, which is held on the Saturday immediately preceding the annual meeting of the Aerospace Medical Association. The meeting consists of a Scientific Program, a general business meeting, and a social evening for members and guests.

The Scientific Program is primarily for AMDA members, but AsMA and CAMA members are welcome to attend. The presentations often are around a central theme, and run from morning through mid-afternoon. The limited number of speakers affords the opportunity for in-depth presentations. The general business meeting is closed to those who are not AMDA members.

The 2010 meeting is on Saturday May 8, at the Phoenix Downtown Sheraton, 340 North 3rd Street, Phoenix, Arizona 85004 (see Program).
  • AMDA members are registered automatically with dues payment.
  • For non-AMDA members, there is no cost and no pre-registration. Please register on-site from 7:00 A.M to 8:00 A.M.
  • Registration for the AMDA program includes registration for the CAMA program on Sunday 9 May 2010. For those attending only the CAMA program, registration is on Sunday May 9 at 7:30 A.M.
